1. Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial with a typing speed not less 50 words per minute.
2. Competence in using Microsoft Office programmes.
3. Knowledge in office procedure and management.
4. Skills and competence on social work and counselling.
5. Moral and personal integrity that comply with Tumaini University Makumira code of conduct as a religious institution.
6. Experience of at least two years in a recognized institution.
7. Fluent in English and Swahili
